We provide a standard two-year warranty, within which we conduct required technical inspections. Furthermore, at Oxymatic®, you also have access to additional protection plans that allow you to extend the scope and duration of the warranty. After the warranty period ends, we continue to offer professional technical inspections, which are crucial for maintaining your equipment’s optimal condition.
For us, having appropriate spare and consumable parts is a priority to ensure the continuous operation of your hyperbaric chamber or cabin. If on-site repair is not possible, we will provide you with a replacement unit, so your therapy will not be interrupted. Additionally, with the purchase of an Oxymatic® hyperbaric chamber or cabin, you will receive comprehensive operation training, ensuring you are adequately prepared to utilize the full potential of your new HBOT equipment.
The OXYMATIC® Mild Hyperbaric Chamber is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 5, 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC, in particular, it is not used for: diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis, treatment or alleviation, of disease, injury or disability, including compensation for injury or disability.
